What do the terms on my Trustly Report mean?

The Trustly Report outlines all transactions made on the Trustly platform and indicates their current status.

Important Note: 
When reviewing your report, it’s important to remember that when you use Trustly's online banking service, we give you immediate access to your funds so you can use them as quickly as possible. However, the money can still take 1-3 business days to be withdrawn from your bank account. To avoid incurring fees, please make sure you have enough money in your bank account prior to submitting your transaction and keep the amount available until you see a completed withdrawal on your bank statement.

Report Definitions

Account connected
These transactions occur when you’ve successfully connected to your bank. No dollar amount is associated with these transactions.

Account disconnected
The bank account was disconnected from Trustly.

Connection canceled
The transaction was canceled and will not be completed. Review the messaging shown for the transaction for details.

Connection expired
Appears on a transaction if you timed out before you finished a payment request.

Connection failed
The transaction failed and will not be completed. Review the messaging shown for the transaction for details.

Payment completed
The payment was submitted, processed, and finished without issue.

Payment canceled
The payment was canceled and will not be completed. Review the messaging shown for the transaction for details.

Payment denied
The payment attempt was denied. Review the messaging shown for the transaction for details.

Payment failed
The payment failed and will not be completed. Review the messaging shown for the transaction for details.

Payment refunded
Some, or all of this payment has been refunded to you. Review the messaging shown for the transaction for details.

Payment with issues
The payment attempt failed. Review the messaging shown for the transaction for details.

Processing withdraw
The withdrawal is being processed, but has not yet finished.

Processing payment
The payment has been submitted, but has not yet finished. These transactions have not yet cleared your bank.

Withdrawal canceled
The withdrawal attempt was canceled. Review the messaging shown for the transaction for details.

Withdrawal completed
The transaction was submitted, processed, and finished without issue.

Withdrawal denied
The withdrawal attempt was denied. Review the messaging shown for the transaction for details.

Withdrawal failed
The withdrawal failed and will not be completed. Review the messaging shown for the transaction for details.

Withdrawal reversed
The withdrawal attempt was reversed. Review the messaging shown for the transaction for details.
