Use the suggestions below to resolve this message:
- Verify that your accounts meet all the eligibility criteria as outlined in the article, Supported Account Types.
- If your checking or savings account is new, wait at least 3 business days from the time it was opened to use it with Trustly.
- Try a different financial institution.
This error message occurs when there are no accounts found at the financial institution you've signed into that can be used with the Trustly products.
