The suggested retry amount presented with the Available Funds Guidance feature is calculated in real-time and is based on a dynamic balance validation risk engine.
Factors that influence the decision include:
- Implementation Threshold Limits
- Available Bank Balance
- Pending Bank Items
- Insufficient Funds History
- Prior Transaction History
Trustly personnel cannot override the deposit amount suggested in the notification. If you feel your threshold limits are too low, please reach out to your Merchant Success Manager.
