What should I do if the One-Time Password (OTP) code isn’t received/working during Trustly SmartBot verification?
NOTE: Due to contractual obligations, customers who have ever used any of the following merchants will be unable to verify their identity via the SmartBot OTP, and should contact support directly instead:
- AT&T
- eBay
- Meta
- MoneyGram
- T-Mobile
If you are having issues receiving the OTP code:
- Ensure that the email you provided is correct and free of typos.
- Check your spam folders.
- Ask the SmartBot to resend a new code.
If you receive an error when inputting the OTP code:
- Ensure that the code is correct and free of typos or extra characters.
- Ask the SmartBot to resend a new code and try again.
