How do I resolve a bank connection error?
When a connection to a bank is currently unavailable, you may see one of the following error messages:
- "We are having trouble connecting to [bank name] right now. This is usually temporary. Please try again or use another bank to continue."
- "Please select a different bank to continue. We're unable to connect to this bank due to technical issues. We don't have an estimated time for resolution, and it may remain unavailable."
The outage may be temporary, in which case you can re-attempt your transaction later. If you continue to receive the error and need to transact immediately, please select a different bank or payment method.
