Are there any fees when I use Trustly to pay a merchant, or fund a merchant wallet?

No, there are no fees charged to a consumer to use the Trustly platform.
However, if we are unable to collect payment from your account for a transaction that was already paid to the merchant, such as a non-sufficient funds scenario, we may charge you fees for the return. Please see the article, About Trustly's Fees, for more details.
