How do I use the Trustly SmartBot?
To use the Trustly SmartBot, do the following:
- Click on the AI Chat (Beta) button located on any Help Center page.
- Ask the SmartBot a question such as:
- "Is my bank supported?"
- "Where is my money?"
- "Why did my transaction fail?"
- If prompted, proceed through the verification flow. This is necessary to ensure that your personal and financial data stay safe. The SmartBot will ask for:
- An OTP code, sent to the email address linked to your bank account.
- The last four digits of your bank account.
- The SmartBot will attempt to answer your question. If it runs into something it can't answer, or if it feels you need more help, it will guide you towards our other support options where you can connect with a human.
- At any point during your conversation, leave a thumbs up/thumbs down to provide feedback on your experience.
