Note: A deposit refers to money moving out of your bank account and in to a merchant wallet. If you are waiting for money to flow into your bank account, please refer to the Withdrawal Timeframes article.
In most cases, the process to deposit funds into a merchant account is instant. There are some cases where the payment processing time can take up to 2 bank days depending on the merchant, your bank, or both. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends affect processing times.
If you experience unusual delays, please contact the merchant with a copy of your payment details.
