How do I edit a merchant portal user account?

To edit an existing Merchant Portal user account, do the following:


  1. Open Merchant Portal.
  2. From your user drop-down menu in the upper right, select User Management.
  3. Locate the user that needs to be edited.
    Note: If your list of names is lengthy, press CTRL+F, or CMD+F, to find the name on the page.
  4. Click Edit.
    The page refreshes to the User edit screen.
  5. Enter any required updates.
  6. Click Save to confirm changes and return to the User Management page.
