How do I reset the password for a Merchant Portal login?
To reset the password for your own Merchant Portal account, do the following:
- Navigate to the Merchant Portal login page at https://trustly.one/merchant-portal/.
- Click Forgot your password? to request an email with a temporary password and reset instructions.
Note: For password recovery, ensure the temporary password is pasted exactly as provided, with no extra spaces or characters.
To reset the password for another user account as a Merchant Portal Admin, do the following:
- Login to Merchant Portal at https://trustly.one/merchant-portal/.
- From your user drop-down menu in the upper right, select User Management.
- Locate the account that needs to be reset.
Note: If your list of names is lengthy, press CTRL+F or CMD+F to find the name on the page. - Select Reset Password to open the reset pop-up.
- Click Yes to confirm your request and have an email sent to the user's email address with a temporary password and reset instructions.
